Windows - Printers - How To Remove Printer Driver and Replace with New One

• Press the Windows Key and start to type the words “Printers and Scanners” in the search box.
• Click on Printers and Scanners
• Highlight your old printer in the list of installed printers.
• Click the box “Remove Device” for  printers ending in “ECopy” only.
• You will be replacing this with a new printer with the same name but ending in Ecopy458e.
  
  

Re-add your printers being sure to select those that end with the suffix Ecopy458e.
