Infinite Campus - sql14's Server IP address could not be found

Custom reports defined in Infinite Campus, in the Index under 192 Reports, must be run from computers on our Domain.

If a person attempts to run a report from a device that is not on our domain, you will receive some form of the error that SQL14's IP address cannot be found.
