If a folder is not showing up, most likely that means that their test record was not committed for reporting. Please go back to the examinee, then to their test record and make sure it says "committed" next to it. If not, click on it, scroll down to the bottom and click 'commit test record'. If it is already committed and there are no folders at all showing up in the examinee selection field, then that could be cookies and browser temporary internet files or security. Please try from another browser.
Second comment from Tech Support:
I am showing that any and all Test Records created under the USER folder have not been Committed. They are, in fact, showing a status of Saved. In order to be able to generate a report from said Test Record, please re-open the examinee from My Recent Examinees, which will display their test record history, and open the Test Record in question and select Commit Test Record. Only under the status of Committed will a Test Record be available to have a report generated.
