CTRL-SHIFT-DELETE key combo will bring up the screen for clearing cache in any browser.
Spedforms recommends using the Chrome browser for best performance.
Clearing browser cache helps to clean everything up and will resolve many odd issues. If your Spedforms is behaving badly - for example screens closing unexpectedly, passwords locked out and you are sure you are using the correct one, and/or text is formatted with garbled characters. It also will fix issues of data disappearing when you enter it in Student Setup. Below are the instructions:
- Press CTRL-SHIFT-DELETE key combo
- A Pop up window, similar to below, will appear
- The two boxes on the left are checked
- Time range: All Time
- Click Clear data button
- Close and re-open the browser after you complete these steps to refresh browser
