Clearing Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) blinking light

If you have a blinking message waiting light but no messages, follow the steps listed below to clear the flashing light.

1. Press the button to the right of “Messaging”.
    
2. Press the button to the left of “Read Message”.
    
3. Press the button to the left of “Erase Msg”. The flashing light should now be gone.
