Log in to your email using Exchange Outlook Web Access (OWA) at
Click OPTIONS on the upper right.
Click SEE ALL OPTIONS
Next click on PHONE on the left hand side of the screen
Under Voice Mail - click Reset my voicemail pin.
You will be asked to confirm.
Exchange will randomly generate a new PIN.
You will receive this in an email message.
