Ecopy printer PIN - Windows

SYMPTOM:  Print job looks like it goes through, but no paper is printed and there is no error message.  Others are able to print to the ecopy just fine.

WINDOWS -

Go into Devices and Printers, right click on printer, choose Printing Preferences, under Basic tab, click on Authentication/Account Track, enter in Password (the user's pin for copying), click ok.

If you are unsure of your PIN, contact your building office administrator.
