BROWSER CACHE - Internet Explorer - How to clear browser cache (cookies, history, passwords)

CTRL-SHIFT-DELETE key combo will bring up the screen for clearing cache in any browser. 

Or - any of the following will work as well:

Menu -  Tools – Delete Browsing History.

Menu - Tools - Internet Options - Browsing history (on first tab) - Delete

Command bar - Safety – Delete Browsing History.
