Read180 user not able to log on

Student logs on, and once they get past the log on screen, and do the mic check, they have to put in their username again. Then the screen stalls.


Read180 - bug that is keeping some students from being able to connect to Read180 on the computer. Have the student clear their browser cache by doing the following.

In Internet Explorer
• Click Tools, and select Delete Browsing History... .
• Remove the checkmark from Preserve Favorites website data.
• Put a checkmark at Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History.
• Click Delete.

Close IE and reopen it.
